Onsite work is usually charged either at an an hourly rate but a fixed price is available for a single task/fix. All Workshop repairs attract a fixed fee (+parts if required). Remote support is charged at an hourly rate with the minimum time period being 15mins – so a repair could cost you as little as $29.
Most business support work is onsite or remote. Physical repairs to laptops and PCs are at the same rate as residential. Maintenance and support contracts are available to ensure your server, PCs and network run smoothly and effectively insure you against future problems. These are negotiated on an individual basis. If you have more specific needs please contact us. If you have a number of jobs or a large job (moving offices or installing a new server etc) then special prices can be negotiated. We try to be as fair as possible and to ensure that value for money is obtained by our clients on each and every job. Jobs are done as quickly as possible. There are no hidden costs. You will pay only what you agreed. Should job turn out to be different to how it initially appeared you will be informed at the earliest possible moment and have the right to make a decision on how to proceed. Many customers have been amazed that the low fixed price agreed for a job stays fixed despite the job requiring significant additional work.
